And represent companies and institutions before the Committee of violations for Competition law, to consider and adjudicate violations of the competition law, defend them and write a memorandum for objecting to violations, including the following violations: Agreements Restricting Competition, such as agreements to fixed prices, share markets, or colluding or coordinating in government tenders, bids, offers and auctions. Abuse of a dominant position, such as selling below cost, linking the sale of a product or providing service to the sale of another product, or refusing to deal. Review mergers that may result in economic concentration and submit them to the Competition Authority and follow them up.
